What if this time you do things differently? Instead of using today to determine what you can or can not accomplish over the next 300+ days you just pause and breathe.
Day 1- You Got This!
Take a deep inhalation in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. The opportunity to experience yourself differently is here. Just for today, write down 3 things that you want, then write down 3 things that you need, and lastly write down 3 habits you are willing to shift to manifest your needs.
Day 2- Let’s Dive Deeper.
Take another deep inhalation in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth. Just for tomorrow, write a new list following the prompt from Day 1 in reverse and without looking at your old list. So begin with writing 3 habits that you are willing to shift to manifest your needs, then write 3 things that you need, and finally 3 things that you want. Take note of what changes and ask yourself why?
